The Wedding Workout is a personal training program designed to not only make you look your best on your wedding day and honeymoon, but also burn fat, relieve stress, and have fun sweating with your fiancĂ© or friends and family. The workouts focus on total body circuit training and partner exercises that incorporate athletic movements, and games! We also specialize in in-home and outdoor fitness so you choose whether you want the convenience of your home or a nearby school or park. Being a newlywed herself, Koreana Schmittat knows the pressure of looking great on your special day. She takes her B.S. in Kinesiology and NASM CPT to add excitement to your new journey.
Along with fitness, we know that stress causes the body to store fat and hence, we have integrated into this program Nutritional and Herbal support to have you feeling great inside and out. Our program incorporates work with a Naturopathic Doctor and Masters in Nutrition, Dr. Aum. She has been in practice for over 8 years and has supported many couples in their weight loss through easy techniques without counting calories or being on special diets, but instead helps people create a plan thatâ€™s individualized to each person. Many people complain that theyâ€™ve tried and canâ€™t lose weight even after working out for hours and hours every day; On Dr. Aumâ€™s plan, your workouts will be more effective because she helps heal the underlying imbalances (hormonal and otherwise) to make weight loss easy and fun.
We know the stress and budgetary concerns of a wedding, so we've created this fun and affordable program exclusively for brides, grooms, and their families and friends. We want you to be happy with your body as the wedding approaches! To realistically get there, a minimal two-month, three, hour-long sessions per week, program is necessary. You will see your body transform in no time!
You have the option of solo, partner, and small group workouts (perhaps your wedding party) that are safe and effective for all fitness levels. Our rates below are for the standard two-month, three sessions a week package. We currently offer The Wedding Workout in Oakland, Piedmont, Berkeley, Orinda, Alameda, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Pleasanton, Hayward, and Fremont CA. Interested parties in surrounding areas should contact us for details regarding their area.
